Referral Process
⦁ A referral can be made by completing the contact form.
⦁ A brief phone call is offered or questionnaire sent by email to assess the referral.
⦁ A date is arranged for an initial meeting to assess the presenting problem or issue. This is the assessment part of treatment.
⦁ Following assessment, a contract is offered outlining details of services to be
delivered, agreement on how it will work and how much it will cost. Standard fees are in place for individual therapy. The contract includes how confidentiality will be managed.
⦁ In cases further referral might be made to another professional or agency.

For long term contracts and organisational work invoices can be raised to be paid at the end of the month.
